SCHEDULE OF 2025-2026 PROGRAMS
October 2025
October 18: 9:30 am – Executive Board Meeting
October 18: 11 am – Welcome Back Meeting & Open House, Program: Susie & Monica
from Oh 4 Succ’s Sake will do a presentation on how to properly care for Hoya and other
succulents. You’ll also learn how to propagate, and the best soil mix to use.
Hospitality table and floral arrangement by Alice Jarvis. (Floral arrangements will be
created by club members and displayed at each member meeting throughout the year.)

November 2025
– Nominating Committee of three shall be elected in November. The
Board shall elect the Chair, and the other two members shall be elected at the general
meeting by those assembled. (Bylaws Nov 2018)
November 15: 9:30 am – Executive Board Meeting.
November 15: 11 am – Members Meeting, Program: Lucien Poirier of Tower Garden will
share information on aeroponic technology and how you can produce 30% more yields
using 90% less space than traditional gardening. Hospitality table by Sharan Haner.
December 2025
December 6: 9:30 am – Executive Board Meeting
December 13: 1:30 – 4 pm – Holiday Lunch at the Daily News Restaurant, 1575 Ft.
Harrison Avenue.
December 14: 11 am – 2:00 pm, Cookies for Busy People, Inaugural Holiday Cookie Sale
Fundraiser, members will be baking cookies to be sold from the clubhouse.
January 2026
January 17: 9:30 am – Executive Board Meeting.
January 17: 11 am – Members Meeting, Program: Dr. Dan Fitzsimmons, a local
acupuncturist, will talk about the health benefits of acupuncture. Marcella Eckerle,
Certified Reiki Master, will discuss Quantum Reiki Healing. This practice deals with
tapping into your own body's energy to clear physical emotional and mental blocks.
Healthy Plants for your home will be displayed. Hospitality table by Meri-Jo Gibson.
January 30: 12 noon – 3 pm, Clearwater Garden Club Card Party & Luncheon, Gather 4
to 6 friends, come to our clubhouse and play any game you want. Tickets are only $20. A
delicious lunch will be served. Participate in the 50/50 and opportunity drawings for a
chance to win beautiful baskets. Reserve your space early. Contact Chairperson Alice
Jarvis.
February 2026

March 21: 11 am – Members Meeting, Program: Paul Trunk, Past President of local
Audubon Society chapter and lifelong bird watcher, will talk about why Pinellas County is
so important to birds. He will also address how we can help birds in our urban
environment. Bird houses, some in good condition and some requiring remodeling, will be
available for purchase. Hospitality table by Gladys Seney & Debbie LaHaie.
April 2026
