The Clearwater Garden Club is interested to receive offers for purchase of our property located at 405 Seminole Street, Clearwater FL 33755.  Offers should be mailed to President, Clearwater Garden Club, 405 Seminole Street, Clearwater FL 33755.  Click "GET FORM" To download the "Offer to Purchase" Form.  All offers must be received by September 30, 2021.  Sale of Property is conditional upon approval of the City of Clearwater

 

Most important is that the Clearwater Garden Club remains on the property in any current and future plans that is described for use of the property.
