Unveiling of the Blue Star Memorial Highway Marker

Members of Clearwater Garden Club had the privilege of recognizing the service provided by the men and women of our Armed Forces, as they unveiled the Blue Star Memorial Highway Marker Sunday afternoon on the Clearwater Memorial Causeway in Clearwater. Young members of Clearwater Composite Squadron of Civil Air Patrol presented the colors, and Florida Federation of Garden Club President (FFGC) Sue Angle was on hand as an honored guest to read a poem about the gratitude of this nation to those who serve in our military.
